For cold drink：3~5℃/37.4~41℉; for non-alcoholic slushie：-3~-1℃/26.6~30.2℉; for alcoholic drinks：-15C~-6C/5F~21.2℉. (Recommended sugar content: around 13%, alcohol content: below 13%). It is ideal for making a variety of drinks such as juices, tea, margarita, and iced coffee.
